General Terms — Full Clauses
Eligibility and Registration
To register an account on db768 you must be a natural person who is at least 21 years of age. Registration is not permitted for persons who are underage, persons who have previously been self-excluded or excluded by db768, or persons acting on behalf of a third party. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account, including your full name, date of birth and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. Provision of false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and entitles db768 to close the account immediately and void any outstanding balances or pending withdrawals.
Account Management and KYC Verification
db768 reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) at any point in a player's account lifecycle — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or if suspicious activity is detected. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport or other government-issued photo identification. Players must not hold more than one account. If duplicate accounts are identified, db768 may close all but the first registered account, void bonuses applied across duplicate accounts, and withhold any funds deemed to have been gained through multi-accounting.
Intellectual Property
All content on the db768 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software and underlying code — is the property of db768 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, transmit, display or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform for commercial purposes without prior written consent from db768. Limited personal, non-commercial use for the purpose of placing bets or playing games is permitted within the scope of your account agreement.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the db768 platform shall first be submitted to db768's internal complaints procedure by contacting our support team at the email address listed in the footer. db768 will endeavour to resolve complaints within a reasonable timeframe. If a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal process, the parties may seek resolution through applicable legal channels. You acknowledge that online gaming laws in Bangladesh are evolving and agree to use this platform solely at your own risk and discretion.
Technical Failures and Service Interruptions
db768 aims to provide a continuously available, stable platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, network outages, third-party provider downtime or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In the event of a technical failure affecting the outcome of a bet or game, db768 reserves the right to void all affected bets and refund stakes. We shall not be liable for any losses, direct or indirect, arising from service interruptions, game malfunctions or connectivity issues on the player's side, including mobile network issues in Bangladesh.
Termination and Suspension
db768 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, repeated violation of these Terms, or abusive behaviour towards support staff. Upon closure, any outstanding real-money balance (after deducting bonus funds and voiding any bets placed using fraudulent or irregular activity) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification. Players may close their own account at any time by contacting our support team.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
db768 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay, as well as select bank transfer options including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank and BRAC Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There are no fees charged by db768 on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. db768 is not responsible for fees levied by third-party payment processors. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times may vary on slower mobile networks in areas outside Dhaka.
Withdrawal requests are subject to account verification. db768 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Standard withdrawal processing time is 5 to 30 minutes following approval, depending on the selected payment method and the player's mobile network quality. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until all applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been met. db768 does not accept cash or cheque payments. All transactions must occur through the approved digital payment methods listed above.
Bonus Terms & Wagering Requirements
Bonus Eligibility and Claiming
Bonuses offered by db768 — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and cashback offers — are available to eligible registered players only. Bonuses are applied to your account balance automatically upon meeting the qualifying criteria stated in the specific promotion, or manually upon request to support where stated. db768 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Only one bonus may be active on an account at a time unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
Wagering Requirements
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the promotion terms and is expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (for example, a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳500 bonus means ৳10,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before withdrawal). Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the promotion. Bets that are voided, cashed out early or placed at odds below the minimum specified in the promotion do not count towards wagering requirements.
Bonus Abuse and Fraud Prevention
db768 actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: claiming multiple welcome bonuses through separate accounts, using bonus funds solely on low-risk bets designed to meet wagering requirements while minimising risk (commonly known as bonus whoring or hedge betting), or exploiting technical errors that result in unintended bonus credits. Where bonus abuse is identified, db768 reserves the right to void the bonus, any winnings derived from it, and in serious cases to close the account and withhold the balance pending investigation.
Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on db768. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and/or referral to relevant authorities:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner
- Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, exploit RTP cycles or influence the results of sports betting markets
- Registering or operating more than one account, whether under your own name or using false identity information
- Using the Platform to launder money, facilitate illegal transactions or circumvent any applicable financial regulations
- Exploiting software errors, game glitches or misconfigured odds to obtain winnings that would not have been available under normal operating conditions
Responsible Gaming & Age Restriction

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, db768 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether based in contract, tort, statute or any other legal theory, and whether or not db768 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. db768's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
db768 reserves the right to update, modify or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the 'Last updated' date at the top of this page will be revised. For material changes, db768 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via their account contact details. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account by contacting support.
